The Four Pillars of HOPE

Human

Every organization is run by humans and as humans our behaviors are influenced by many things both external and internal. HOPE helps clients evaluate the human condition and provides ways to leverage our best traits for success. HOPE also helps all organizations understand what we need to avoid so that our best behaviors are brought to bear daily for strong production, high quality and safe operations that we call High Reliability Operations.

Organization

All organizations are specifically ‘tuned’ to get the performance it is getting today. This being the case, HOPE helps organizations understand what is needed to promote success in high reliability operations and what needs to change in the organization to aid, not hinder, the workforce in their quest for desired organizational goals.

Performance

The combination of human behavior and organizational structure will provide all outcomes, both good and bad. Good performance is what we seek to improve and transform into GREAT performance, while all along focused on sustainability in every organization.

Enhancement

The bottom line for all organizations is a desire to sustain high reliability operations through an ‘enhanced’ organization filled with a knowledgeable workforce that understands the principles of High Reliability Organizations and Operations. This enhancement comes from a desire and commitment to learning and adapting to changing conditions with a focus on productivity, high quality and safety.

It starts with a conversation

It all starts with a phone call where we can learn about you, your company and the challenges you're trying to overcome.
